(established in 2015), while also inheriting many years of experience from the key team of Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company (established in 1978). History of Formation

Sona E&C Construction Joint Stock Company (Sona E&C) was established based on a major transformation from Phu Hung Long Construction and Installation Co., Ltd., a business with many years of experience in the construction field in Dong Nai since 2015. The transition process from a Limited Liability Company model to a Joint Stock Company marks a strategic turning point, demonstrating the vision and aspiration for growth of Sona E&C's leadership. The main objectives of this change are to expand the scale of operations, diversify business sectors, and strengthen financial capacity to undertake larger and more complex projects in the construction industry.

Sona E&C is also proud to inherit a core team of experienced personnel from Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company, one of the reputable names established in 1978 with extensive experience in civil, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The combination of the solid foundation from Phu Hung Long and the extensive expertise of the Sonacons team has created a Sona E&C full of potential. With a strong development orientation, Sona E&C aims to become one of the leading construction companies in the region, committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and effective works, contributing to the sustainable development of the community.
